The Rochester Housing Authority Board of Commissioners meet the 3rd Wednesday of every month at 11 Farmington Road, Rochester, NH unless noted prior to the scheduled meeting.

A public hearing will be held on February 19, 2025, at noon at Granite Steak and Grill to discuss the agency's Moving to Work Supplement for 2025. The public is encouraged to participate to provide feedback and recommendations on the activities planned. The agency's 2025 Moving to Work Supplement is available at the RHA main office located at 77 Olde Farm Lane, Rochester, NH 03867, Monday through Thursday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm and Fridays 8:00 am to 12:00 pm.

In the operation of low-rent housing, it shall be the policy of the Rochester Housing Authority (RHA) to establish eligibility and rent requirements to accomplish the objectives of providing decent, safe, sanitary housing for families, the elderly, disabled and very low to low income households, as established by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) regulations, while achieving a tenant body with a broad range of incomes generally representative of the communities in the RHA's area of operation.
